REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable Water BottleWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Imigin Coenen 10/21/2020 11:48 AMSome barriers I have is that the water in La Crosse may not be as good as the water I drink at home. I have overcome this through these two weeks though. I could make this a habit by bringing my metal water bottle with me wherever I go and just filling it up in the water fountain. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Car ShareTake a moment to think of places you frequent often (school, work, grocery store, natural areas). Could you choose one or two days a week to schedule driving with a friend, neighbor or co-worker to these places?
Imigin Coenen 10/21/2020 11:47 AMYes, I actually work with one of my friends. This means that we could start carpooling together everytime we have similiar hours. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Drive LessHow has your access to various kinds of transportation throughout your life influenced your current attitudes about transportation and your transportation behavior?
Imigin Coenen 10/21/2020 11:46 AMBefore I even started driving, in school we learned about the various negative impacts that transportation has on our environment. This led me to walking or carpooling during this week. This tremendously made me feel better about going place to place since I was reducing my carbon footprint. -

This will allow me to tune into my brain and just think about things that might enhance my learning and overall experiences. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Imigin Coenen 10/21/2020 11:43 AMSince it wasn't too cold during this, I exercised outside. I took on going to new trails each time with my roomate and other friends around me. This allowed me to connect various aspects of my life together. -
