Abby de Riel 10/27/2020 6:46 PMI hope everyone is finding lots of little practices that they love and also help & care for those around you! One of the things I've been finding most helpful is shopping for local produce (love your greens!!) and making sure my diet has plenty of good nutrients — it helps support local farmers, and also my local organic foods store that is eco-friendly at its core. Also, using reusable bags means there is much less waste than with getting more packaged items. Plus it's super good to fuel my body in the way it really needs, especially in stressful times, while also taking small steps to care for the environment. Share meat-free or vegan recipes with family and friends! And if you've got super good ones, especially desserts, I'd love to know :)-
Claire Wayner 10/28/2020 9:18 AMCoconut sticky rice w/ mango is a delicious vegan dessert. You don't even need to sweeten if you don't want to -- coconut is naturally sweet.
