    using bycycle for commute we can burn more calories and improve our health too.

    I use coffee cups regularly. instead of these we can use coffee mugs.

    coffee cups,vegitable bags, plastic bags. instead of these I am using jute bag for carrying groceries and coffee mugs for tea.
