In class we spoke about how much plastic we put out and touched on cleaning products. Here is a really cool website that lists out plastic free laundry detergent tablets that are sold. Check it out!

This device is one of the newest recommended camping/hiking hacks for obtaining cleaning water. It could save your life if you ever ran out of a clean water source.

Great find! I carry one in my car along with a hiking survival pack, you can get them as low as $15 on amazon. Great if you are going on those rural trails!

Hello, I went to Mission Trails yesterday for my fist time to hike with 2 of my friends. On our way down, we ran into a ranger who was posting missing person flyers for a 21 year old man who had been missing since Friday. They found him floating in the river there on Saturday afternoon. Very sad, prayers for his family.

I saw the family is raising money to put a bridge over the river where he slipped and hit his head. That river is treacherous, Im glad they are doing that, and glad you still got out to hike! :)
