    food sovereignty is having access to healthy cultural food grown in the way the people want. the way we cultivate land is very complex and food systems now are very modernized.

    hey y'all my challenge is going pretty good. some of the challenges are easy but some of they I physically can't do because I live in the dorms. like I can't instal a low water shower head.

    balance is important to sustainability because living sustainably is living in balance, you need to know how to keep your checks and balances to keep everything moving and on track.

    because we can't see exactly what directly effects the animals people and places. now I know more about the effects and can choose my actions more wisely

    it makes me feel good and its easier cause then everything just comes through my email. the next steps could be taking notes on your computer instead of a paper journal

    I would save the money from using cold water
