Kris Follansbee 10/11/2021 8:16 AMI am a big believer in practicing gratitude and always being thankful for what we have. However, I have not been great at keeping up with writing down what I am grateful for. I love doing this because I feel great while I am thinking of the many things I can write but also love reading my past days writings. -

Kris Follansbee 10/11/2021 8:12 AMI spend many days working more than 8 hours which can be stressful and takes time away from being outdoors and doing things with my husband. By practicing a better work-life balance, I feel I will be a better wife and employee.
