Lorena Galvan 10/30/2019 4:09 PMLately, I have been going to bed early and getting 8 hours of sleep. This has changed me a lot. I feel refreshed throughout the day, I feel calm and In a better mood. Getting enough sleep Impacts you a lot! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Car ShareTake a moment to think of places you frequent often (school, work, grocery store, natural areas). Could you choose one or two days a week to schedule driving with a friend, neighbor or co-worker to these places?
Lorena Galvan 10/28/2019 8:14 PMFor away games, we tend to travel a lot by car. We always end up carpooling to our games and drive at least 4 cars which is about 20 soccer players. This saves us a lot fo time and gas money. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Work from HomeIt takes the average worker in the United States 26 minutes to travel to work. One way to fix long commutes would be to make cities more affordable. An even simpler option: promote the use of telework. How have you used technology to replace in-person meetings or work this year?
Lorena Galvan 10/28/2019 8:10 PMI have one online class that I am able to work from home. Otherwise, all my classes are face-to-face therefore I have to attend them. But, I mostly walk to and from school because I live close and isn't that long of a walk.
