Reduce Single-Use Disposables
Cheap, single-use items and disposable packaging end up blowing around as litter more often in poor and POC-majority neighborhoods. I will find out how I can limit single-use items and do my best to limit the waste I generate.

Rebecca Gnewikow 10/21/2021 8:37 AMI feel great now that I have limited my sugar intake. I never realized until now what effects sugar has on your body. I feel better and more productive with the least of the sugar I take in. -
