    Waste Use Reusable Bags
    What do you do if you find yourself in the situation of needing a bag for items but don't have a reusable one with you or aren't allowed to use the one you brought? Carry things out in your hands? In a cart? Accept a disposable one? If you find yourself in this position often, what system could you put in place to try to create a successful habit of not using plastic bags?

    If I'm in a situation in which we are not allowed to use our own reusable bags, i will carry out my thing in the cart and if the cart is not possible on my hands. I remember at the beginning of pandemic we were not allowed to bring our own reusable bags so instead of using disposable ones i will leave mi reusable one at the car and carry my stuff to the car with the cart and then place the stuff in the reusable bags.

    Sometimes it is not even hard to make the change, but it is the fact that we need to go out and get that mug and we say "I'll do it tomorrow" and that could be the reason of not making the change. This change will help the environment and this single use cups will not end up on the land field, the oceans and won't contaminate.

    eating more fruits and vegetables helps improves your health by lowering intake of saturated fat, lowering the risk of developing heart disease and cancer, the world's leading causes of death.

    so I did 40 min of work out at home, but some ways to incorporate quality time with friends or spending time in nature into my exercise routine, will be to walk and run in the park, or do bike rides with a group of friends.

    Some ways to incorporate some Rs into my life style is to for example start using some hydro flask instead of buying water bottles. Reuse some of my articles like plastic or glass bottles
