REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Less Screen TimeWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Yakeisha Gray Sinclair 4/19/2021 4:55 PMThis was really hard for me to do because everything seems to be centered around my phone/computer. I've been so connected to my phone that unplugging took real concentration. I did not realize how often I reach my phone daily! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Limit Social MediaSocial media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also create echo chambers and take more time than we realize or intend to give. After completing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?
Yakeisha Gray Sinclair 4/16/2021 2:08 PMAs an introvert, social media is a great way for me to connect with the outside world without the physical interaction, but, I've also noticed that when I take time away I am itching to get back to it. It's like constantly opening the refrigerator to see what's in it and you know it's the same things!
