Buying only what I need and not buying everything that I want because things only make me feel happy for a short time but living simply will make me feel happier in the long run
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity Limit Social Media
Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also create echo chambers and take more time than we realize or intend to give. After completing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

Limiting social media has really helped me focus on spending time with my family and being more present instead of being on my phone all the time.
