Joye Hellenbrand 10/09/2019 6:06 AMFor my simplicity challenge, I chose to walk 30 minutes per day. So far, I have been able to complete it. In addition, I also chose to do a water challenge, which is to attempt to take 5 minute showers each day. This one hasn't been going as well. I have been able to complete it for three showers, but I also didn't meet this goal for another few times. Even if I don't meet the goal, I still am mindful of the water I am using and taking shorter showers than I was before.-

Even if it's not a perfectly consistent habit, the overall goal of these challenges, I believe, are to have a better awareness of our usage, so it seems that you've achieved that goal. I also really admire the 30 minutes walking challenge; it's a calming way to de-compress a stressful day, for sure. -
Emma Kupferschmidt 10/09/2019 8:56 AMIt seems like you are making an effort to try to accomplish your challenges. I would struggle completing the water challenge because I love taking long showers, but you should keep trying your hardest! I will try to be more mindful of the water that I am using now that you mentioned it.
