Alex Kane 10/09/2019 6:15 PMThe changes that I have made since starting this challenge have not been life-altering or difficult to do, but I know that I am making a difference through the statistics that each challenge provides. I have started using a reusable water bottle, which saves plastic bottles from taking up space in landfills. I switched the incandescent lightbulbs in my room to LED lights, which will save up to $14 in energy costs. And lastly, I started washing my clothes in cold water, which saves up to 1,600 lbs of CO2 from entering the atmosphere. Although these changes are slight, if everyone made these changes to their everyday lifestyles, then our world would be healthier.
