Food Watch a Documentary about Food Sovereignty
How does food sovereignty address the complex transition from localized food systems to modern global food systems?

Today we waste so much that its so sad for the people that do not have much. I google mapped the poorest place in the world and its so sad to see the houses and huts people have to live in. i cant even image being there, it makes me aware that I do not need everything, and to always reuse items.

How might spending more time outdoors enhance your brainpower?

Spending more time outdoors give you fresh clean air to the brain, maybe chemical free as well, dust free. when we are inside we are abound fabrics that let of chemicals and lots of dust. being outside is a great way to be healthy, and explore new things.

Today I cleaned up a bunch of broken glass in the woods , it was really cool to see the old bottles. My plan is to take the Glass to a artist who does art sculptures, not sure where I could take it to recycle it,  if he didn’t want it. If anyone has any ideas where to recycle glass
    it comment below.

    Waste Skip the Straw
How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle?

I could use reusable containers, I started freezing left overs, keep the lights off durring the day, turn the temp down to 68 in the winter time, clean up trash outside, rake leaves, etc.
