Natalie Kerr 7/22/2022 11:03 PMI went camping with some of my friends at Trillium Lake and we spent the day paddle boarding and hiking and it was genuinely the most fun I've had in a long time. I was so grateful for the time spent disconnected from technology and enjoyed being in nature with some of my closest friends. -

Natalie Kerr 7/07/2022 7:46 PMEating more plants and less meat has changed me more mentally than physically. The simple substitution of meat for beyond and impossible meat has actually been really easy. I started cutting red meat and fish out of my diet last summer and it is a lot more realistic than I thought. Now I am eating healthier and contributing to less meat production. I have also inspired my family to eat less meat as a result of this and it is really special knowing that that was something I helped them do. -

Natalie Kerr 7/07/2022 7:43 PMMy sleep schedule has been so horrible lately and I'm constantly waking up tired and unfulfilled. I took these last two days to go to bed early and sleep in and my energy has immediately bounced back.
