It makes the streets less busier and it makes the air a lot better. I am getting my exercise in for riding a bike and it makes me feel better about what I am doing for the climate

    Kenneth Kimble 11/02/2021 4:28 PM
It helps you think outside the box and even more simplistic because you don't over complicate things.

    Kenneth Kimble's avatar
    Kenneth Kimble 11/02/2021 4:27 PM
It wasn't too hard to change this daily thing because I just switched it with working out. That makes me feel better about myself while not being distracted.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Nature Enjoy the Sunrise/Sunset
Father Thomas Berry says, "... our primary purpose is celebration. Celebration of the dawn and the sunset and the different seasons of the year is a religious ritual, a way in which humans can establish their integral relationship with the universe, with the planet Earth." What is your response to Berry's assertion?

    Kenneth Kimble 11/02/2021 4:26 PM
I think everyone should experience a sunset at least a couple times in their lives. It is such a great and beautiful thing by nature to see
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Reducing your paper mail can reduce mental clutter as well as physical waste -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?

The amount of energy I use in my dorm with my roommates is a lot compared to what I thought it was. We have to work on what we use and when we use it.

    Kenneth Kimble 10/12/2021 3:07 PM
When I focus on the people around me while eating instead of my phone I realize that I actually consume less when I take my time when eating. That makes me feel healthier and it also connected me better to my friends that I hangout with during dinner.
