    Taking a 5 min shower is stressful and I like my long showers to reflect on my day/calm down. However, I was very mindful these past few weeks about water consumption.

    Yes. I am still addicted. Did not break this habit. Still down the rabbit hole.

    It's crazy how much waste I accumulated in two weeks. I realized most of it is just from food packaging, which says something about our processed food-based society.

    Buying locally is important to me and my local farmers. By locally sourcing my food, I eliminate resources used to transport it and support my local economy.

    My diet does not include any fish or seafood in general, which is a personal decision. It is important, however, for me to be aware of the food choices for everyone around me as well. Just because I choose not to partake in the industry does not mean it is not a problem. If done in a sustainable manner, which can be very difficult, aquafarming could be a solution to overfishing. I still personally believe, though, that wild overfishing can also be curbed through decreased fisheries  and alternative food sources/distribution.
