REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

Andrew Ladd 9/28/2020 12:59 PMI just figured out that using the arrows or the "go to date" icon at the top of the my dashboard page allowed to go back and record daily actions for each date. I used this on both my reusable coffee mug and less screen time goals. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Go PaperlessReducing your paper mail can reduce mental clutter as well as physical waste -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?
Andrew Ladd 9/28/2020 12:47 PMI "finished" 3 of the 5 actions that I signed up for thus far. I just went through the prompts to opt out of junk mail, catalogues, credit offers, etc. Maybe now the online University of New Mexico will realize I'm not signing up for classes any time soon.
