    got my vaccine today :) and feeling very thankful. thankful not only for that but for all the ways washu has given me to make good choices. from eating much less meat to discovering cool study spots on campus.

    it was nice. both people gained new perspectives and listened with open minds, responding respectfully and non-judgmentally.

    practicing gratitude allows you to take back control when a few moments of undisciplined, negative thought threaten to ruin your day. it helps you see the good in the world and keep striving to make it better, because you can.
