Alexandra Leto 4/27/2021 12:32 PMTaking my kids outside every day (as long as the weather is nice) is a good source of exercise for all of us. They especially love playing outside and always ask me to take them. Over the winter I got cold (and lazy) and stopped taking them out. Now that the weather is getting nicer, I need to get in shape. I can kill 3 birds with one stone by playing outside with them: fun interaction with my kids, exercise for all of us, fresh air for all of us. -
Alexandra Leto 4/22/2021 10:29 AMSwitching my wash to cold water was a simple, effortless way to limit my contributions to GHG emissions. With 2 toddlers, we do a lot of wash. We can save so much now that we made the simple decision to switch.
