    Writing the three things I am thankful for every day increases the success of starting my day. Thankfulness is an awesome thing and thanking someone even for the smallest things goes a long way.

    If you are looking to start eating organic meals or materials milk is a great place to start. A lot of families have cereal for breakfast so organic milk with an organic cereal that still tastes good is a great way to start.

    I am usually an outdoors person but this helps me even more to complete daily tasks and things that improve my health and the environment.

    You can do it there are so many options out there for organic foods. I live in the suburbs of Seattle right now and down the road there is a farm with organic milk being sold.
