    Today I met an older gentleman at a Coffee shop and he and I talked all about Solar and Renewable Energy. He shared with me his opinion in regards to Waste Plants and the increase in need for Solar Power and I shared with him our lecture that we had on Monday. It was awesome to hear his perspective and opinions in regards to waste in California and all over the world!

    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    I use a lot of single use coffee cups and want to try and bring my own into places that are allowing reusable cups!
