    By practicing sustainability, we help the earth and all its creatures. Giving the planet the power to restore Is not only for our benefit and until we have sympathy and empathy for the planet and the organisms that It supports. We have to work as a team!

    I watch what I eat and exercise when I can. I like to try and make sure my mental Is healthy as well through meditation and gratitude practices.

    If I were to buy more veggies and fruits while sticking to a mostly vegetarian/pescatarian diet I can help decrease my overall water footprint and ecological footprint.

    I like to go to goodwill and other thrift stores and share clothes with friends to try and express myself In different ways.

    We get so used to a routine that may have us stressed that it takes time and effort into trying to find out what really works for you.
