    Reading about my impacted by doing simple things like these challenges every day is truly amazing and has been very eye-opening.

    Rough weekend but I still managed to get all of the challenges done, it did not come to me so easily over the weekend.

      we can be so distracted over the weekend and we need to keep our mind on track to meet our goals to help the environment.

    It has really surprised me on how used to I have gotten to this schedule in such a short time.  I'm started to do all of these actions without really thinking about it.

      honestly, I found that if we keep at it at the beginning but I find if we keep at it and once it becomes repetitive , it becomes a habit.
