REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Skip the StrawHow could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle?
Mekhye Miles 10/16/2021 12:30 AMI could incorporate other "R's" into my lifestyle by reducing the amount of plastic I use and repairing damaged items or attempting to instead of just going out and buying a new one. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Choose Two-Sided PrintingChoosing two-sided printing can be an easy adjustment on your computer settings. How can you help others make this same switch? Can it be encouraged company wide?
Mekhye Miles 10/16/2021 12:28 AMI can help others make this switch by showing them the benefits of using less printer paper. I can encourage companies the same way and tell them they will save half of their equity on paper. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Go for a Daily WalkHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Mekhye Miles 10/16/2021 12:27 AMI experience my neighborhood and city differently when walking instead of driving because when I walk I experience and pay attention to the people and the weather, when driving I'm mostly focused on the road and traffic. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Whole Food LifestyleMichael Pollan states that “it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor.” What are your thoughts on this assertion?
Mekhye Miles 10/16/2021 12:17 AMI agree with this assertion because the paying for a doctor's visit is expensive and if you pay for healthy food at the grocery store or farmers market, you won't need to frequently go to the doctor and pay for the visit.
