REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Choose Organic IngredientsMany people say that “you can’t feed the world with just organic food.” How would you respond to that statement?
Scotty Miranda (FIRE TRUCK) 5/04/2021 12:51 PMI would say "Im sorry your ret-...Dumb"
because my sister cant have a bunch of regular food so she needs to get the non gmo stuff and gluten free and its pretty good and bruh just look at me im a chubby kid just by these types of food -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Zero-Waste CookingIn North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for using every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable (including the skins, tops, stalks, etc.) during your next meal prep?
Scotty Miranda (FIRE TRUCK) 5/04/2021 12:48 PMok so for my next meal i could do, well its not a meal but its a like drink, so whenever u eat some pineapple, what you do is that you take the skin off and you would usually throw it away but my dad boils it, and the water in which it was being boiled is supposedly good for you, personally i dont like it -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNature Practice Gratitude for EarthKathleen Dean Moore says that a sense of gratitude leads to a sense of moral obligation. Do you agree? How can we cultivate a sense of gratitude as individuals, and as a society?
Scotty Miranda (FIRE TRUCK) 5/04/2021 12:45 PMUhm what she said, I genuinely don't understand this question so ima eave it at that -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Whole Food LifestyleMichael Pollan states that “it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor.” What are your thoughts on this assertion?
Scotty Miranda (FIRE TRUCK) 5/04/2021 12:42 PMI mean he has a point to a certain extant because 1. if you don't pay the grocer/farmer, then there not going to let u get anything... And 2. If you don't pay the doctors then ur just gonna have a fee to pay BUT if u have incurrence then that's a different story -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Core ValuesWhat are your top 3-5 core values? How did you narrow it down to those as being your core values?
Scotty Miranda (FIRE TRUCK) 5/04/2021 12:40 PMI'm not quite sure what core values are but
1) I am caring?
2) I consider myself a funny guy :0
3) I procrastinate a lot
4) I talk a lot
5) I love green team :D -
Scotty Miranda (FIRE TRUCK) 5/04/2021 12:36 PMSO I WAS THINKING FOR THE LAST GREEN TEAM MEETING, MAYBE WE COULD ALL TURN ON OUR CAMERAS TO SEE EACHOTHER, HOW DOES THAT SOUND? -
Scotty Miranda (FIRE TRUCK) 4/27/2021 4:33 PMSo i was walking around my house because i had nothing to do, and i turn a corner and i bump into a little bush and ngl the bush made me jump I was so embarrassed that I went back in side -
Scotty Miranda (FIRE TRUCK) 4/27/2021 4:13 PMI just wanted to announce this nice -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Plant an Herb GardenConsider the ways you can garden: a plot of land? a patio container? hanging basket? windowsill gardens? What would work best for your living situation and lifestyle?
