Simplicity
Needs Vs. Wants
I will adopt a "Needs Vs. Wants" approach and only buy things I need.

Go for a Daily Walk
I will take a 60-minute walk outside each day.
Nature
Practice Gratitude for Earth
I will spend 45 minute(s) per day outside, practicing gratitude (prayer, meditation, journaling, etc.) for Earth and my natural surroundings.
Energy
Turn it off
I will keep lights, electronics, and appliances turned off when not using them.
Energy
Power Down the Computer

Happiness
I will write down three things every day that I am grateful for, or send one email every day thanking or praising someone.

Reduce Animal Products
I will enjoy 1 meatless meal(s) and/or 1 vegan meal(s) each day this week.

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Dylan Monahan 4/18/2021 10:56 AMMy favorite way to exercise is by biking! Through this, I get to spend time in nature. I also enjoy seeing other people on the trails that are also taking in nature and exercising.-
Ariana Porcello 4/19/2021 9:14 AMBiking is a great way to conserve! Great for you and the Earth!:)
