    I am really enjoying the eco challenge because it has encouraged me to do things that I normally would not think of. It is also helping the planet which makes me feel better.

    You can express those things by up cycling current clothes you own and creating them into new pieces.

    It was eye opening to actively listen to someone to get an insight on their thoughts and how they think. The person and I both benefited from the conversation because there was no arguing it was more understanding the person.

    One food choice that I could make that would do more good and less harm is by eating organic.
