I chose to consume at least four cups of fruits and vegetables a day and to obtain at least seven hours of sleep a night. These are two things I tend to struggle with probably averaging two cups of fruit and vegetables a day as well as only getting an average of 5-6 hours of sleep. I know I need to get better at doing these challenges which is why I chose to do them with this kind of accountability.
