    Usually, in the mornings and after lunch, I'll grab a disposable cup for coffee and take it with me when leaving the caf. However, that has quite a bit of an impact on the environment. Instead, drinking coffee during my meals, using mugs, should reduce my volume of waste.

    Standing in the shower waiting to wake up is one of the best parts of the day. But you know what also wakes you up? Stepping out of the hot shower into the morning air before you're ready. Taking shorter showers also saves roughly 20 gallons of water a day, and that's one challenge I've taken upon myself. It does get a bit of taking used to, however
