  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

Some of the barriers is that people don't always want to walk around carrying a water bottle in their hand all day. That is why many people just purchase the plastic water bottle so they can throw it away or recycle and not have to carry it around with them all day. But I can make this habit permanent by buying a purse or bag that has a water bottle holder inside so I can carry it with me all day.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Skip the Straw
How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle?

    Kalina Obrey 11/02/2021 4:09 PM
I can do this by reducing the amount of plastic I use by using reusable water bottles and straws. I can refuse to use the plastic straws and that will help repair and repurpose the enviornment
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Whenever I print for my english class I always do double-sided now, especially because my professor isn't picky about it, to save paper. I didn't realize how much of a difference it makes on the environment to do double sided printing.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
