    Water in my region comes from an aquifer approximately 170 feet deep into the ground.

    La Crosse generates energy through many major facilities that use sources like natural gas, coal, nuclear fuel, water, oil, and wind. Most of these can be harmful to the environment and humans.

    Eating without distractions was a different experience for me because I would normally watch TikTok or a show while eating. It definitely made me think about the food I was eating more, if that makes sense
