    I joined surfriders cleanup on Saturday at Tracks Beach Park. It was extremely shocking how much trash there was on the side of the road.

    I turn of the water when I am putting in shampoo this helps to reduce the time.

    I joined a good time hiking kokohead for sunset with some friends and enjoyed the beautiful view.
