I generally make coffee at home whenever possible to avoid the waste of the cups as well but when I get coffee from a shop I try to get drinks that do not require straws or alternative lid options. I used to carry a straw with me but it wasn't sanitary for me.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Water 5-Minute Showers

As someone that lives near the gulf coast, I've experienced how the depletion of wetlands impacts natural water systems firsthand. Our urban development, fossil fuel exploration, and waste disposal are just some of the things contributing to this. Personally, I am hoping to learn more about wetland preservation and get involved with local organizations at home.
