REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable Water BottleWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
francisco quiroz 6/13/2019 5:52 PMIt is difficult to get in the habit of using a bottle. The biggest challenge is making it part of the daily routine. I was missing my bottle for a week where I had already made it a part of my routine and it made my life difficult. I made myself rely on the bottle and I created a habit. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Less Screen TimeWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
francisco quiroz 6/02/2019 9:12 AMIt never difficult to chose other activities over screen time. The challenge that I find is at times I have to check something on my phone and that action draws me into a spiral of checking my phone for other time wasting reasons without being mindful about it.-
Professor Morrell 6/03/2019 8:34 PMIt really is a spiral that sucks you into time wasters! Great insight!

francisco quiroz 5/30/2019 8:41 PMI have become so dependent of my reusable water bottle. Yesterday I left it in class and today I have missed it. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Use a Reusable MugMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
francisco quiroz 5/28/2019 8:42 PMMy work makes it easy and hard to use reusable mugs. Every year we receive reusable container to use which is always nice but many times it is much easier to use the paper cups provided. -
francisco quiroz 5/28/2019 8:40 PMHolidays are always difficult to complete the challenges -
francisco quiroz 5/17/2019 6:17 PMI forgot to check in yesterday :(-
