Eating mindfully has allowed me to focus on what foods I am putting in my body and allows me to take more time to eat! It it very interesting to know all of the background information to grocery store foods now that we have learned so much about it.

Writing down three things that I am happy about each day has taught me to appreciate the smaller things! I am also able to devote my time to something other than my electronics which is very beneficial and I can put it towards my eco challenge as well!

The worst environmental degrations is pollution in the oceans in my community. The sealife that lives near the piers are heavily affected by the constant major amounts of plastic and glass that get dropped into the water.
