This has gotten really easy, my friend went through the drive thru at Dutch today and I didn’t even think about getting anything cause I didn’t need it.

Today was rough, I feel like my daily routine has been thrown off by the anxiety I’ve been experiencing but I was still able to complete my goals

Back home after a trip and its so much easier to complete my goals when im not on a plane or at events where single use items are being thrown at you left and right! The awareness this is giving me once I go out into the world makes me realize how hard a more sustainable lifestyle could be for some people.

I’ve been at my grandparents with a bunch of people so I don’t feel like I can turn all the lights off and not flush the toilet for the next couple days

I’ve been traveling all day and have been good about only getting water with my bottle and not using any cups given out during the flight!

Today was pretty good, I made tea at home and brought it in my mug. Still wanting to do more grounding and meditating everyday

It was a good day, I wanted to get a coffee after class but I didn’t have my mug; so I stayed strong and waited to make my own at home!

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

I double my water bottle uses and will often use it for both my water and morning coffee, which means making the decision of either which one I'll forgo for the day or whether I'll simply buy a coffee in a single use mug. Finding another bottle maybe I can use for water so that I don't have to make that decision may help me limit the waste I cause.
