REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Whole Food LifestyleMichael Pollan states that “it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor.” What are your thoughts on this assertion?
Heather Ruby 4/16/2021 1:44 PMSo true! Eating whole, healthy, plant-based foods is not only a great way to provide your body with the nutrition it needs to keep you healthy in the long run, it is also so much kinder to the environment, animals, and food industry workers, to name a few! Fueling your body with healthy, whole foods is an empowering way to begin to take control of your own health and energy.
