Holly Salimes 10/10/2019 7:52 AMIt has been easier then I thought to keep the lights turned off when they are not needed or when I leave. It also has been nice to just set my phone away during meals. I feel like I talk to people more and enjoy the meal more. It also is a good break from it. Eating three meals a day without meat has been a challenge. I have not been successful at it everyday, but I am getting better at it.-
Will Hoeth 10/14/2019 6:15 PMGlad to hear your challenge has been easy for you. For the meals without meat a day I also chose to do that but I struggled a little bit more than it seems you have. Like you I have also had days where I forget but have gradually gotten better at it as well. It has made me more conscious of the food choices I make at the dining table.
