Practicing mindful acquisition of objects—consciously thinking about whether I really need it or if it's a transient "want"
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I tend to eat smaller portions and also eat more slowly, enjoying the flavors of my food. I also tend to think more about where my food is coming from and that I should be thankful to be able to enjoy food in a space that is my own.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

    Haewon Shin 3/22/2021 9:48 PM
A big one is spending time with friends especially since it's more COVID-safe to see individuals outdoors. Exercise in itself is also a personal value of mine because to have a healthy mind, one should have a healthy body.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Going on walks with my coRA, running (with people, but mostly solo to clear my head), and stretching/doing yoga

I hope to invest in more eco-friendly items (e.g. sustainable clothing) that may be more expensive than their less sustainable counterparts with the money saved from energy efficiency.
