I started CrossFit last week and this has helped me with my goal of less screen time. This is usually at least an hour out of my day that I don't spend looking at a screen.

Yesterday I walked to Trader Joes instead of driving and also brought my reusable grocery bags with me. Hopefully this can become a habit!

I finally bought reusable straws today and have already used them once!

I've been sick since the weekend so have missed a few days of my outdoor walks. Fortunately, I felt good enough to get outside and go on a walk both yesterday and today. Being outside and getting a little bit of exercise definitely made me feel better.

Last week I bought more reusable bags from the grocery store in order to make sure I always have a few in my car. I tend to forget them when I leave them at home, so hopefully this solution will work!

I've started to no longer use straws when I go out to eat. It's been pretty easy, but I would like to buy reusable straws to use in the future.

Amazing. We forget that these little changes can have a big impact on our environment. Good job Courtney!
