Courtney Sousa 6/27/2019 7:50 PMI started CrossFit last week and this has helped me with my goal of less screen time. This is usually at least an hour out of my day that I don't spend looking at a screen. -

Courtney Sousa 6/05/2019 4:00 PMI've been sick since the weekend so have missed a few days of my outdoor walks. Fortunately, I felt good enough to get outside and go on a walk both yesterday and today. Being outside and getting a little bit of exercise definitely made me feel better. -
