Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

One of the barriers for me to use my own reusable water bottle is that all the water fountains are locked down and it is hard to find a fountain that has a bottle filler. I am planning on finding time in the day so I can go to that fountain and fill up my water bottle so that I can avoid using plastic water bottles.

The biggest producer of electricity for the La Crosse area is Coal burning powerplants. Which is bad for the air quality and the ozone layer in the atmosphere because burning coal produces large quantities of carbon dioxide.

Some other easy things that you can do to save energy is to make sure lights are off when you don't need them. Especially during the day you can open the blinds for a window and have all the light you could need!
