    Hey everyones, my name is Taylor and I am choosing Health. The first action I chose was to write down three things I am grateful for everyday which would be great for working on my confidence and appreciation, having 2 cups of fruits and veggies everyday, and doing 30 min of exercise everyday which will most likely be going for a walk. For level two I plan on doing 60 min of dancing which should be super easy for me because I love to dance and level 3 which will be harder is to reduce the amount of refined sugar I eat which will be a struggle for me with the holidays coming up but I challenge I'm willing to stick to.
