Um... it's important to take care of pollinators because without pollinators, we don't have pollination. Without pollination, we don't have flowering plants. Without flowering plants, we will all get very sad and probably die. Plus, bees and butterflies are fun to have around! :)

Action Track: Building Resilience
Support Local Pollinators
At least 30% of crops and 90% of flowering plants rely on pollinators to produce fruit. I will spend 30 minutes researching which plants support local native pollinators and plant some in my yard or local community garden.
Simplicity
Meditate
I will meditate or create a moment of silence for 10 minute(s) each day to reflect on things important to me.
Simplicity
Eat Mindfully
I will eat all of my meals without distractions, e.g., phone, computer, TV, or newspaper.
Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Track my PurchasesWhat have you noticed about your purchases? Where are you inclined to make shifts, if any?
Orion Strayer 3/02/2021 4:59 PMI use a spreadsheet to track my spending: one sheet is a weekly log and another a monthly log, but the sheet that really changed my habits is my Wishlist. Whenever I want to get a non-essential, I have to add it to the list and wait a week before I buy it. I've realized that, after a week, I often no longer want the item or have figured out a way to do without it.
