    When practicing simplicity creativity is huge because need to trick or change your mindset into believing that what you already have will suit the needs of what your wants are.

    Today was my first day back on ecochallenge after a week of nothing. Feel good about myself after meditating and reading about recycling.

    Went to sushi last night didn't ask about how they fish their fish, I hope I didn't further endanger any populations. As well the fish I ate were ethically caught.

    An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four in the US spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where would you rather use this money?

    Today instead of going out to lunch, I wrote out what I will want to eat and possibly make this going week. So I went to sprouts down the street and bought food to satisfy my needs. Surprisingly as I think of this if I don't eat out this week I will safe money to have the possibility of taking a trip.

    I love taking the time to hit pause and reset my mind on what I am grateful for, excited about, and looking forward to in life.
