Cheap, single-use items and disposable packaging end up blowing around as litter more often in poor and POC-majority neighborhoods. I will find out how I can limit single-use items and do my best to limit the waste I generate.

Megan Timmers 4/13/2020 6:20 PMI would typically eat meat products at least once a day whether it's at lunch or dinner. I had already been going meatless on Friday's because of Lent, but that recently ended and I figured I would add to the challenge and go meatless a few more meals! So far it's been going pretty good.-
Emily Ustianowski 4/13/2020 6:29 PMNice job Megan! I have been trying to go meatless and usually succeed at least once a day for the 3 meals. It's hard when my mom is making the meals sometimes though because there is always meat.
