    Even though I started the EcoChallenge pretty late it has showed me that changing little things can help me a lot. When I started cutting sugar from my diet I noticed it was really hard and made me realize how much I used to consume in a day.

    This ecochallenge has showed me many things about what I do on a daily that I didn't know before. It really makes me rethink about everything I consume and all the things I can change.

    People could use it not only as electricity but also to dry clothes instead of using electric dryers

    Where I am from in Brazil energy comes from lots of different sources, that being solar energy, hydropower and also wind power. All of these are from natural sources so it has less negative effects to the environment

    I knew I always consumed sugar but never knew how much it was and I am quite impressed now. It's really hard to cut sugar from everything I eat daily but I am trying my best

    Exercising for me is not only improving and making your body healthier. Exercise for me is about connection with other people. Having fun and connecting all together.

What is your response to Berry's assertion?

    For me taking time to appreciate the sunset and sunrise is something a lot of people should do. Is a time to relax, disconnect from all the problems, appreciate the beauty of nature and feel really alive for a moment. We are all the universe experience ourselves so we must enjoy it.

    For me nature makes me think better. It makes me feel good and whenever I am stressed about anything, going outside makes everything go away. Whenever I need to focus for a certain thing I try to go outside first and spend a little time with nature so I can focus better later on.
