Kourtney Walter 10/07/2019 1:36 PMMy challenge is going rather well, but it has definitely been a challenge. The easy part has been making sure I remember my reusable bags when shopping, but the other options I chose have been a bit tougher to keep up with. One of the tougher ones I chose was to make at least one zero-waste meal a day, and another is to make at least one meal a day with no processed foods. I manage to make both of these work at once when I can do it, but not wasting the peels/ends of foods is going to take some work. Making a non-processed meal is a bit hard; I'm trying to make that work as much as possible, because I know that it's a healthier option. So overall, it's going okay, I'm just really working to get to my goals!
