REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Less Screen TimeWhat did you notice in implementing this challenge? Was it hard to choose other activities over screen time? How did you decide to spend your time?
Luke Whitaker 9/22/2021 4:47 PMIt is really hard to do this challenge when all I do at work is be on the computer for about 7-8 hours a day. It is hard to convince myself to step away from work or even go outside for my 30 minute lunch break. I noticed just how much I am on my computer, both work and personal, because I have stuff that I need to do a lot of the time. -
Luke Whitaker 9/22/2021 4:45 PMOne of the reasons it was 5 minutes is because I was behind schedule but another thing I have noticed by doing this is that I am more awake when I get out of the shower because I am not waiting for the water to be the perfect temperature. -
Luke Whitaker 9/22/2021 4:42 PMI have not been drinking a lot of water today but I have filled up my hydro flask twice so I have stopped from using 2 plastic water bottles. -
Luke Whitaker 9/21/2021 11:20 PMBalancing work and school is hard and sometimes it is hard to find time to relax and invest in other things but today I found time in the morning for me and that helped me work less than 8 hours on work and school combined.
