    I actually don't have to spend so much time looking for the "right" movie for me to actually eat my food.  I only do so, so I can eat slowly and enjoy my food.  Being able to stay off my device and have a conversation with my kids brings joy!

    I sort of failed to not watch movies today as I ate during work, but I feel so good doing my workouts and continuing to do so!

    It was so nice outside today!  I decided to spend a bit more time sun bathing and reading outside before this nice weather goes away.  I'm so happy we get to do this challenge this week!

    I actually spent more time outside today earlier because it was so nice out.  I've been feeling stressed out coped up in my house.  I'm really trying my best to exercise because I want to feel more fit than sloppy.  Eating for the past two days with no screen time felt very nice.  My food didn't end up being soggy or cold because I tried to find a movie for 15 minutes before I ate.  I have a bad habit of looking up daily deals on facebook, so I have deleted the app off my phone too.
